At Luxe Jewellery, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please note that cash refunds are not offered. In cases of size issues or damaged products, we provide exchanges or issue a coupon of the same value, which can be used for shopping now or in the future.

If you receive a damaged product or find any fault, Luxe Jewellery will be responsible for exchanging the item. The customer must return the parcel through Pakistan Post courier service to our address.
Items can only be exchanged if they do not match the pictures on our website. If you wish to exchange an item after receiving your order, please note that you will be responsible for delivery charges on both sides, as there was no issue from our end.
We allow exchanges for all purchases made within Pakistan. Any item purchased can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving it, provided the article is unused, all tags are intact, and the original packaging is in its original condition.
